Questions people ask before getting in touch
Is Goujon Systems a company or a one-person practice?
Goujon Systems is a French sole proprietorship (micro-entreprise), SIRET 798 831 541 00023, founded and run by Clément Goujon. Engagements are delivered personally: there is no bench, no junior substitution, and no account manager between you and the engineer doing the work. “Goujon Systems” is a trademark registered with the INPI.
What does INCOSE CSEP certification actually mean?
Certified Systems Engineering Professional is INCOSE’s mid-tier professional certification. It requires a knowledge examination based on the INCOSE Systems Engineering Handbook (5th edition, 2023), a minimum of five years of verified systems engineering experience, and professional references. It is a credential about demonstrated practice, not a training attendance certificate.
Which industries do you work in?
Primarily space, aerospace and defence: telecom satellites, lunar landers and transfer vehicles, crewed habitats, communication and navigation systems, and naval defence. The underlying methods transfer to any domain with long life cycles, safety or mission criticality, and a demanding institutional customer.
Do you take on training and lecturing engagements?
Yes. Clément teaches Space Systems Engineering and MBSE at Master’s level at Université Toulouse III - Paul Sabatier, and has delivered company-wide training and best-practice programmes inside a large space integrator.
Where are you based, and where do you work?
Based in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin, France. Work is delivered across Europe, on site and remotely, in English, French and Italian.
How quickly do you reply?
Enquiries are answered personally, normally within one working day. There is no intake form, no qualification call with someone else, and no CRM sequence.
What should I include in a first message?
The program or product, the life-cycle phase you are in, the decision or review that is coming, and what is currently worrying you. That is enough to tell you whether the problem is one worth engaging outside help on.
Do you sign an NDA before we talk?
Yes, whenever the conversation needs it, routinely so for bid and proposal work. An NDA before a first call is entirely normal and never a problem.
Is there a telephone number?
No published one. Email (contact@goujon-systems.com) and the booking scheduler reach Clément directly and get a faster answer than a switchboard would. A number is exchanged once an engagement is under way, or on request in a first email.
Book a free intro call.
Thirty minutes, no commitment, in English, French or Italian. Tell me about the program and I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it.
